As a young first time mum who'd just experienced a difficult birth I felt weak, vulnerable and completely out of my depth. Breastfeeding was proving to be a lot harder than anticipated and I was really struggling. Once Chris visited us she made me feel like I was her priority and that she was going to help us until we were happy. She never let on about the rest of her work load and stayed as long as needed. She helped me with feeding and taught me how to enjoy my baby and these precious moments. Had she not come I suspect I would have ended up with PND. When I had my second baby Chris came back again to support me get to grips with feeding again. Chris is always friendly and professional and the most important thing is she genuinely cares about the women who she provides care for, which shines through in her practice.
