I am so thankful for Chris's home visits during the first few days at home after leaving hospital. After my emergency c-section my milk was a bit slow at coming in and my baby was showing signs of dehydration. Her suggestions and tips helped me encourage my milk supply, initially providing one or two top ups with formula then using my expressed breast milk over a period of two to three days. After this my milk was in and  was able to continue breastfeeding direct. Chris was calm,encouraging and not afraid of my tears. Chris was also on hand by phone or text for my follow up queries.At three months baby has more than doubled in weight and 'm please we are able to continue our breastfeeding journey . Thank you Chris for your help in the early days without which  doubt we would be where we are today.
